New faces within Shelyak Instruments

I have the pleasure to announce some new important changes are taking place at Shelyak Instruments.

Over the last couple of months, we have been busy implementing new management tools, and we are now ready to take the next step forwards; more communication, and even better customer relations. To this end, please welcome two new additions to our team:

• Didier Jamet, starting in April 2018, as Marketing & Sales Manager, will focus on relations with our customers and partners. He has a deep knowledge of astronomy and enjoys sharing his passion.
• Olivier Garde, has already started contributing as a Technical Consultant thanks to his years of experience in spectroscopy and reputation.

Alain Barthez continues to develop his activity with the professional community.

Steven Waddle, Manufacturing Manager for nearly 2 years, will be finishing his master’s degree and will finally start working… full time, so he’ll take part in the development of new products.

These new faces will give a new dynamic to the company, and I look forwards to the coming weeks.

Improving communication begins with our website. We are actively working on the new website as we are well aware that the current one is showing some signs of fatigue. The new website will be up and running in a few weeks… It’s going to be beginning of a new chapter for all of us.

Shelyak Instruments continues to be an active player in the development of astronomical spectroscopy and aims to serve both the amateur and professional communities.
