It's always a pleasure to announce a new instrument in our catalog, but this pleasure is increased by the fact that this instrument has been widely requested and even suggested by several observers. It was Robin Leadbeater - many years ago - who first alerted us to...

Description
For those who already have an Alpy 600 spectrogrpahe, this optical core module gives you a low-cost Alpy 200.
You’ll need to use the mechanical part of your Alpy 600 as well as the slit, which is not supplied with this module.
Note: It was Robin Leadbeater who first suggested – several years ago – that we make a variant of the Alpy 600 for observing weak targets. Thank you Robin !
